What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e. g. , JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex), Proven track record of hands-on, end-to-end delivery of high-quality, scalable production solutions in a professional environment, Hands-on experience building solutions with AI/LLM technologies, including integrating LLMs, applying AI orchestration frameworks, and prompt engineering techniques, experience in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics, with demonstrable proficiency in data platforms (e. g. , Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks), Direct experience with the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and development, Demonstrated entrepreneurship, a "get-things-done" attitude, and a focus on fast delivery, Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal, Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, as needed to customer sites
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Agentforce platform, Experience developing conversational AI solutions within regulated industries, Experience with Apex and/or Python coding languages, Prior customer-facing, hands-on technical role experience, Salesforce platform certifications (e. g. , Administrator, Platform Developer I, Architect), Knowledgeable across Salesforce CRM (Service, Sales, and Marketing), Experience with Salesforce Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
