【PalUp】AI 客戶成功經理 / Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) 關於 PalUp 與這個職缺 PalUp 正在打造一個企業級的 AI Agent SaaS 平台，協助企業導入 AI 來大幅提升工作效率、放大人力產出。 我們的客戶不是要買一個聊天機器人，而是要讓 AI Agent 真正進入企業的工作流程，重新打造團隊的做事方式。這件事不可能靠一份 PPT 或一次 Demo 就完成——它需要有人陪著客戶一起，了解他們的真實需求，協助他們有效運用平台，讓 AI Agent 真的成為日常工作的一部分。 這個角色就是 Forward Deployed Engineer（FDE），也是客戶與我們產品團隊之間的橋樑。 工作內容 - 了解客戶想用 AI Agent 解決什麼問題，協助客戶上手平台。 - 作為客戶與產品團隊之間的橋樑，把客戶在使用過程中遇到的問題、想要的新功能，清楚地回饋給產品團隊。 - 陪伴客戶持續使用，定期了解使用狀況，協助客戶從平台中獲得實際的效益，讓 AI Agent 真的成為他們日常工作的一部分。 我們在找的人 必備條件 - 2 年以上工作經驗，不限產業背景——金融、醫療、法律、業務、顧問、行銷、軟體工程等領域皆歡迎。我們相信好的 FDE 來自各種背景，重點是你對某個領域的「工作真實樣貌」有深入理解 - 對 AI／LLM 技術有實際接觸經驗，並有強烈興趣持續鑽研。你不一定要自己寫過完整的 AI 應用，但你需要： - 有用過 Claude、Gemini 等工具處理過實際工作問題 - 理解 Prompt Engineering、RAG、AI Agent 的基本概念 - 英文流利（書面與口語），需與海外客戶／團隊協作
