In this role, you will design, build, and optimize cutting-edge AI deployment systems — from autonomous agents to complex orchestration layers — for both greenfield products and established platforms. We are seeking a highly skilled AI Deployment Engineer to lead the implementation of advanced AI solutions in operational environments. This role requires strong customer-facing presence, exceptional advisory skills, and the ability to design and deploy AI systems that deliver measurable organizational impact. * Collaborate directly with customers, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise. * Own the vision for AI operations implementation, building end-to-end workflows and taking them to production. * Translate complex business challenges into actionable technical plans. * Rapidly prototype AI solutions to demonstrate possibilities to clients. * Engineer production-grade AI solutions with deep knowledge of AI tooling, architecture, and deployment. * Manage stakeholder alignment, proactively escalating issues and requesting support when necessary. * Design and build LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, agentic systems, and custom data pipelines. ## Qualifications * Proven experience in AI/ML deployment and system engineering. * Strong proficiency in AI frameworks. * Expertise in large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI agents. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
