Must Have
High School Diploma or GED required, 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, Proven experience with formulation processing equipment and techniques, understanding of GMP, GLP, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) regulations, Ability to work with percentages, decimals, fractions, and related calculations, Skill in using precision weighing and measuring equipment, Basic computer skills for documentation and process monitoring, Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs, Willingness to work extended hours and variable shifts as business needs require, Ability to meet safety, quality, attendance, and productivity expectations
Nice to Have
Associate's degree in a scientific or technical field preferred, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industries

Associate's degree in a scientific or technical field preferred. * 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industries. * Proven experience with formulation processing equipment and techniques. * Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety)
