In this role, you will support hard capsule production by preparing high-quality materials that meet strict specifications. You will play a key part in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing processes. ## **What you will get** * An agile career and a dynamic working culture. * An inclusive and ethical workplace. * Compensation programs that recognize high performance. * Medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Opportunities to work in a safety-focused manufacturing environment. * A role that directly supports life sciences production. ## **What you will do** * Blend defined ingredients into master batches following strict specifications. * Monitor process indicators and take immediate action when deviations occur. * Use statistical controls, inspections, and sampling to ensure product quality. * Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and GMP compliance. * Complete accurate production and batch records as required. * Work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled. * Support and back up other Formulations Processors as needed. ## **What we are looking for** * High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in a scientific or technical field preferred. * 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industries. * Proven experience with formulation processing equipment and techniques. * Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety)
