发酵工程、生物工程、饲料加工、食品加工技术等相关专业, 具备基础的微生物学、饲料工艺学理论知识, 有配料、混合、搅拌、乳化、粉体/液体配方类生产线操作经验, 学习能力强、踏实肯干

What You'll Do.

遵守和执行公司的各项安全、行为规范等规章制度

严格按生产计划、工艺配方、操作规程完成生产作业

正确操作配料机、搅拌机、输送设备、计量设备、包装设备

严格执行车间安全操作规程、劳动防护、防火防爆、防尘防毒要求

杜绝混料、错料、泄漏、污染，防止产品交叉污染

保持岗位区域卫生，原料、半成品、成品、工具定置摆放、标识清晰

及时清理落地料、废料、包装废弃物，做好现场5S管理

规范填写生产记录、批次记录、设备运行记录、交接班记录

做好原料领用、消耗统计，剩余物料规范存放、标识清楚

配合质检、班组长完成取样、送检、盘点等工作

完成临时生产任务、加班安排及上级交办的其他工作
