What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years of experience working with various types of formwork in heavy construction, Advanced formwork experience, Knowledge of safe operation of tools, Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner, Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures, Valid WHMIS certificate, Health and Safety Awareness Training for Workers certificate, Working at Heights certificate
Nice to Have
Symons form system experience, Residential basement formwork experience, Concrete pouring experience, Flat concrete finishing experience, Elevated/Aerial Work Platform training, Confined space training
What You'll Do.
Build structural formwork
Restore structural formwork
Install structural formwork
Execute advanced formwork systems
Ensure forms are properly designed
Fill form with concrete
Comply with health and safety regulations
Maintain tools in a safe manner
Construct scaffolding
Dismantle scaffolding
Transport job materials
