Must Have
H. S, Diploma/GED, 5 years manufacturing experience required in lieu of HS Diploma/GED, 2 years mechanical/technical experience
Nice to Have
Use of measurement devices and quality records preferred
What You'll Do.
Complete responsibility for quality
and machine workability/accountability
and maintain two (2) glass syringe forming machines
Understand and operate inspection & testing equipment
Identify and correct dimensional defects
Identify and correct cosmetic defects
Maintain equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule
Record accurate inspection data as required
Contribute to continuous improvement of the process
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Provide coaching and on the job training to peers as required
