You will be responsible for: * Real Time QA/QC of logging operations, data validation and on job analysis of gradients and fluid identification. * Integration of petrophysical evaluation results into the formation testing and sampling program design. * Conducting formation testing and fluid sampling studies using appropriate state-of-the-art techniques. * Assisting and advising the product line for pre-job planning with the client, tool configuration, on-job support and post job review. * Involved in direct sales / upsell and technical support of high-end services * Preparing technical interpretation reports for Wireline and Drilling services. **Fuel your passion** * Be a graduate in related fields (Science, Engineering, Technology) with relevant work experience. * Master’s degree in petroleum/Reservoir Engineering is preferred but essential * Operations/Field experience in Wireline and/or Drilling Services is a plus * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. * Ability to influence others and lead small teams. * Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. * Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. * Effective problem identification and solution skills. * Proven analytical and organizational ability. **Working with us** Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
