What the Role Is As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be responsible for transporting inventory throughout our distribution center using a variety of industrial lift equipment. You’ll work closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure all material is moved efficiently, accurately, and safely. This role is perfect for someone who has mastered multiple types of forklifts and thrives in a high-volume, high-paced warehouse environment. The schedule for this role is Monday- Thursday 7:30pm- 6:00am at our Fulfillment Center located in Commercial Point, OH. Who You Are Experienced: You have 3+ years of experience operating each of the following: Reach Truck Cherry Picker Stand-Up Forklift Sit-Down Forklift Safety-Focused: You operate with safety as your top priority, following all procedures and protocols Reliable & Consistent: You’re dependable, show up on time, and can be counted on to keep things moving Adaptable: You’re comfortable with shifting priorities and different work zones across the distribution center Team-Oriented: You communicate clearly and support your teammates to hit shared goals How You Will Make an Impact Operate a variety of forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count materials in the distribution center Load and unload products
