## Description Keep It Moving. We Need Someone Who Runs the Floor. Quality Packaging Inc. is in peak season and the warehouse doesn't stop. We need a reliable, sharp Forklift Operator who knows how to keep product flowing — pulling components, loading trucks, managing inventory, and doing it all without needing someone to babysit them. If you're dependable, safety-conscious, and know your way around a sit-down forklift, we want you on the team now. What You'll Do Operate a sit-down forklift to pull components from warehouse racks and stage them for production Return components from production back into warehouse racks to keep inventory accurate Load and unload freight to and from trucks — safely and on time Conduct cycle counts and month-end inventories as requested Check in parts and components received from suppliers Wrap and band outgoing product for shipment Bring pallets in from outside storage Empty garbage bins and keep all areas clean and organized Support the Warehouse Manager, Production Manager, and line leaders — whatever the floor needs What We're Looking For 1–2 years of forklift experience: Starting at $18–$19/hr 3+ years of experience (preferred): Up to $20–$24/hr Sit-down forklift experience required — that's the equipment you'll be on No prior certification required — Quality Packaging certifies all operators in-house Manufacturing or warehouse environment experience is a strong plus Strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude Solid attendance history — the team counts on you showing up Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-noise environment High school diploma or GED required The Details Location: Morris Street, Fond du Lac, WI Shift: 1st Shift \u007C 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Pay: Minimal Experience 1-2 years: $18–$19 per hour Experienced (Preferred) 3 + years: $20–$24 per hour Overtime: Occasional, as needed during peak season #HireFinder #LI-PROMOTED #LI-
