What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 1 year experience as a forklift operator
Nice to Have
High school diploma or GED, Forklift certification, Forklift and stand-up forklift driving training program or demonstrate safe handling of forklift in an on-site test, Any additional certifications related to equipment operation or safety standards
What You'll Do.
Operate industrial forklift truck
Perform materials handling assignments
Perform order filler duties
Perform checker duties
Complete forklift inspection checklist
Comply with dress code
Report to team leader and supervisor
Take care of assigned equipment
Understand loading processes
Understand unloading processes
Confirm trailer number
Begin unloading in assigned area
Verify quantity of packages
Record received pallets
Place pallet ID labels
Inspect material for damage
Place 'Damage Material' labels
Report operational issue
Scan according to loading progress
Generate damage report
Take photographs of damage
Confirm DDR ID with MAPICS team
