If you’re ready for a long-term opportunity in a fast-paced, professional environment, this is the role for you! 🦺 Full-Time, Permanent Forklift Operator – Join Our Brand-New State-of-the-Art Hub! 📦 * Location: Swadlincote * Shift: Monday–Friday Nights (start times from 18:00) * Rate: £16.14 per hour + bonuses 📦 What You’ll Be Doing: * Operate LPG counterbalance forklift trucks to safely load and unload palletised freight in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment. * Use forklift-mounted scanning technology to accurately record freight movements and ensure traceability across the network. * Maintain precise handling and placement of goods, following scanning and labelling procedures to support efficient hub operations. * Report directly to the Team Leader, working collaboratively with colleagues to meet nightly performance targets. * Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety, adhering to all site protocols and proactively identifying and reporting risks or unsafe practices. * Conduct daily pre-use checks on equipment and promptly escalate any faults or maintenance needs. * Contribute to a positive team culture, showing respect, reliability, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment. * Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with company standards to support operational efficiency and safety. * Support cross-functional tasks when required, such as a
