What You'll Do.

Move necessary materials throughout the warehouse in an effective

Operate forklift in a safe manner in trailer

and around other workers

Complete forklift inspection and trailer inspection forms accurately and according to procedure

Operate forklift efficiently to maximize productive time

Communicate with Production to prioritize

and stage inventory accurately and according to procedure to ensure efficient line operation

Efficiently load and unload trailers to maintain turnaround times for each dock appointment

Communicate with lead and supervisor to maintain good workflow for assigned tasks

Consistently reach pallets per hour productivity standard

Load trucks according to Crescent and Customer requirements with consideration for weight

and product damages accurately and according to procedures

Ensure the integrity of lot code is maintained through every product movement process

Maintain customer or inventory separation when required

Handle customer owned product with care and protect their brand

Provide ideas to continually improve productivity

Continually seek out means to remove sources of waste throughout the warehouse

Look for ways to increase sustainability

Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities

Position Summary Crescent Forklift Operators are responsible to move the necessary materials throughout the warehouse in an effective, efficient, and very safe manner. Forklift Operators are responsible to provide the necessary logistics services to our internal and external customers.
