2 years of related experience, Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications, Ability to read instructions and perform simple math, Able to adhere to safety and GMP requirements, Able to follow policy and procedures, Ability to operate warehouse management system, Ability to accurately verify and count items to be picked, staged, or loaded, Ability to manage one’s time effectively, schedule and prioritize tasks in accordance with the demands of the day, Ability to work and complete individually assigned tasks, Ability to work well in high paced environment, Ability to learn tasks, layout, and customer requirements quickly, Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arm’s length, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch, Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, Possess the necessary level of hand / eye coordination to safely operate industrial equipment, Am at least 18 years of age of older, Can perform the essential functions of this position, with or without accommodation, Am a US Citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the US on an unrestricted basis

What You'll Do.
Move necessary materials throughout the warehouse in an effective
Provide necessary logistics services to internal and external customers
Operate forklift in a safe manner in trailer
and around other workers
Complete forklift inspection and trailer inspection forms accurately and according to procedure
Operate forklift efficiently to maximize productive time
Communicate with Production to prioritize
and stage inventory accurately and according to procedure to ensure efficient line operation
Efficiently load and unload trailers to maintain turnaround times for each dock appointment
Communicate with lead and supervisor to maintain good workflow for assigned tasks
Consistently reach pallets per hour productivity standard
Load trucks according to Crescent and Customer requirements with consideration for weight
and product damages accurately and according to procedures
Ensure the integrity of lot code is maintained through every product movement process
Maintain customer or inventory separation when required
Handle customer owned product with care and protect their brand
Provide ideas to continually improve productivity
Continually seek out means to remove sources of waste throughout the warehouse
Look for ways to increase sustainability
Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities

Work closely with other FLO’s, Line Leads, Shipping and Receiving, and Supervisors to complete tasks on time, resolve issues, and continuously improve; Communicate with Production to prioritize, pull, and stage inventory accurately and according to procedure to ensure efficient line operation; Communicate with lead and supervisor to maintain good workflow for assigned tasks; Clearly communicate with peers and supervisors

Position Summary Crescent Forklift Operators are responsible to move the necessary materials throughout the warehouse in an effective, efficient, and very safe manner. Forklift Operators are responsible to provide the necessary logistics services to our internal and external customers.
