Forklift Driver This position allows you to explore new challenges and contribute your expertise to the team. Hours: 5:00 am. -1:30 pm or 1:00 pm. -9:30 pm. Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 DOE 43rd Ave and Buckeye Rd Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts to load and unload materials and deliveries Move goods to designated storage areas safely and efficiently Perform daily equipment checks and report any maintenance issues Use RF scanners to accurately pick, prepare, and stage products Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures Keep work areas clean and organized Requirements Proven experience as a forklift operator Valid forklift certification/license Basic knowledge of warehouse operations Strong attention to detail and safety Good communication and teamwork skills Willing to learn how to operate thermoforming machines Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/sit for extended periods Assist Wall Packing and Thermoforming areas Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Familiarity with RF scanners or inventory systems Bilingual – English - Spanish a plus Able to pass a background check and drug test Benefits Free Life Insurance, STD and LTD Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) immediate access to health insurance 401 (k) with matching, immediate access Quarterly Attendance Bonus $375.00 Vacation time available after 45 days of employment 40 hours of sick time
