What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in engineering and 5 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, materials, quality or similar environment OR a Master's degree and 3 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, materials, quality or similar environment, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities in a constantly fluctuating work environment, U. S. citizenship is required

Nice to Have

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Science, Understanding of continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma and LEAN concepts

Perform finite element analysis

Create engineering drawings

Follow parts through development

Develop and implement plans

Provide operational engineering support

Leverage manufacturing innovations
