We prevent, respond to, and remediate a wide range of business threats, risks and complex issues. Our forensic and disputes specialists provide solutions and support for clients dealing with regulatory and crisis situations. As part of the team, you’ll help provide support to our clients who wish to investigate potential financial crime, support clients responding to regulatory enquiries, and provide expert advice and opinions in legal proceedings. You’ll also help clients review and remediate systems and controls to prevent further issues. You will also participate in our dispute resolution services. You will assist in the preparation of expert reports produced in a wide variety of disputes. You will apply concepts of financial analysis and business valuation to quantify financial damages or to formulate conclusions on financial elements at the heart of disputes. **Meaningful work you’ll be part of********** As a Forensic & Dispute Senior Associate (Bilingual FR/EN), you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Performing client pre-acceptance procedures including conflict checks, client investigation checks and drafting engagement letters * Coordinating with clients to obtain the necessary information to perform the agreed upon services * Prepare various detailed analysis including financial analysis, develop data analytics procedures/scripts when required * Preparing high quality investigative or damage quantifi
