Industry & Context.
Must be able to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis., Physical Demands: Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job., Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work., All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines., The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Basic Equipment knowledge and troubleshooting – pumps, generators, power distribution, a/c, heater, and shoring, leadership skills with a history of previous success, Construction background, Excellent time management skills, Basic equipment operating skills – forklift, wheel loader, skid loader, etc., Must be able to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.
Nice to Have
Mechanical background preferably in a similar industry, Class A CDL preferred.
What You'll Do.
lead successful projects requiring the set up and tear down labor for Ground Protection matting on projects in the power generation and transmission
special event and other industries.
Maintain tools and necessary supplies to successfully complete projects
Documentation of projects from daily notes
and all other necessary documentation as part of the protocol for each project
Assist with cleanliness of shop and yard when not assigned a project
Assist with deliveries
and every day business when not assigned a project
