Must Have
Qualifications in building/construction, or a trade qualification in a construction related field. Demonstrated success supervising the delivery of commercial or industrial building projects within time, cost and quality requirements. Exposure to supervising structures and finishes trades. Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do.
Organising on a daily and weekly basis the sequencing of on-site activities, including the co-ordination of materials, equipment and personnel.
In consultation with the Site Manager, allocating necessary site staff and resources and ensuring that all the resources for the project are available when required.
Reviewing the construction programme with the Site Manager, re-sequencing activities as necessary to achieve the programmed completion date.
Ensuring that the Company's policies and practices on safety, industrial relations and quality assurance are implemented at the work face.
Ensuring compliance with standards and contract documents.

Due to a strong pipeline of projects in South East Queensland, we have an opportunity for an experience Foreman to join our team.
