Full Job Description
**_Job Family_ :** Operational Effectiveness Consulting ** _Travel Required_ :** Up to 10% **_Clearance Required_ :** Ability to Obtain Secret ** _What You Will Do_ :** The Foreign Assistance Program Analyst will support a government client and the responsibilities will include: * Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of foreign assistance programs * Support the development of program plans, budgets, and performance frameworks in alignment with U.S. foreign policy goals. * Coordinate with regional and functional bureaus, overseas missions, and interagency partners to gather program requirements and track progress. * Prepare briefing materials, performance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate program progress to senior leadership and stakeholders. * Evaluate program outcomes and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency. * Provides knowledge management support by organizing site structures, managing content, and improving collaboration through workflow development and user guidance. * Assist in drafting policy guidance, strategic plans, and foreign assistance portfolio reviews. * Support coordination meetings, consultations, workshops, and interagency reviews. **_What You Will Need_ :** * Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred * Bachelor’s degree * TWO (2) years or more of experience in foreign assistance, international programs, federal government programs, or related work. **_What Would Be Nice To Have_ :** * Master’s degree in a related field. * Experience with U.S. foreign assistance programs (e.g., Department of State, USAID, DOD security cooperation).
