Certification as Food Service Worker, Completion of Advanced Food Handler's Certification, Previous food handling experience, Familiarity with therapeutic diets, Availability for every other weekend, Flexibility for variable shifts, Satisfactory work record
What You'll Do.
Prepare and portion menu items
Assemble food and drinks on tray line
Assemble bulk supplies
Deliver supplies to patient units
Set up serving station
Restock serving station
Clean serving station
Sanitize kitchen equipment
Sanitize kitchen surfaces
Complete special cleaning tasks
Record food temperatures
Deliver completed meal trays
Ensure accurate patient identification
Distribute water jugs
Manage food cart delivery
