Eligibility Requirements

Physically demanding role, Open to working a variable work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, closing shifts and other peak shopping times), Work independently, Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently, Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment, Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes, Access all areas of the building, Climb up and down ladders, Frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds, Work in environments that will include refrigeration and freezer temperatures, Work in environments where common allergens may also be handled or present, Exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements, Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shifts

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Must be at least 18 years of age or older, Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues., Interpret instructions, reports and information., Accurately handle cash register operations as needed., Climb up and down ladders if needed., Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others., Flexible work schedule (e. g. , nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary, Ability to work in environments that will include refrigeration and freezer temperatures and where common allergens may also be handled or present., Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties, including but not limited to Drive-Ups, carryout, etc., Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shifts (shift length may vary)

Nice to Have

Previous retail experience preferred, but not required, interest and knowledge of the food service business

Deliver guest experience commitments

Ensure team understands and delivers guest experience

Provide feedback and hold team accountable

and team outcome metrics

Understand sales goals and plan workload

Assign daily tasks to TMs

Assess Food Service back of house

Walk Food & Beverage Standards and Food Service routines

Follow all food safety requirements

Validate and follow-up on team members’ progress

Lead team to uphold Brand Standards

Ensure accurate in-stocks

Follow proper perishable inventory management

Make production quantity decisions

Remain up-to-date on relevant trends

Participate in team hiring

Establish clear goals and expectations

Complete all Starbucks and/or Pizza Hut training

Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct

Lead and demonstrate a safety culture

Demonstrate inclusivity

Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing best help

Model the execution of physical security processes

Support merchandise protection strategies

Follow all safe and secure training

Assume store-level leadership on duty

Address all store emergency and compliance needs

Support guest services
