What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be at least 18 years of age or older, In addition to Food Safety Manager Certification, complete all Starbucks and/or Pizza Hut training requirements and certifications.
Nice to Have
Previous retail experience preferred, but not required, interest and knowledge of the food service business

Deliver guest experience commitments
Ensure team understands guest experience commitments
Provide feedback and hold team accountable
Understand sales goals and plan workload
Assign daily tasks to team members
Assess Food Service back of house
Walk Food & Beverage Standards and routines
Follow all food safety requirements
Validate team members' progress
Lead team to uphold Brand Standards
Ensure accurate in-stocks
Follow perishable inventory management
Make production quantity decisions
Remain up-to-date on trends
Participate in hiring and onboarding
Establish clear goals and expectations
Demonstrate ethical conduct and safety
Lead and demonstrate safety culture
Demonstrate inclusivity
Lead and demonstrate culture of executing
Model execution of physical security
Support merchandise protection strategies
Follow safe and secure training
Assume store-level leadership responsibilities
Address all store emergency and compliance needs
