WHAT'S THE JOB? Position Summary The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of retail food service outlets, ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, food safety, and operational efficiency. The supervisor leads front-line team members, monitors performance, and ensures company standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed. Key Responsibilities Operations Management * Supervise daily operations of retail food outlets, including Tim Hortons, Subway, Quesada, Starbucks and other branded concepts. * Ensure all food products are prepared, displayed, and served according to brand standards. * Monitor service levels to ensure a positive guest experience. * Assist with opening, closing, cash handling, and daily operational procedures. * Respond promptly to customer concerns and resolve issues professionally. Team Leadership * Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members during shifts. * Assign duties and ensure staff complete tasks efficiently. * Train new employees on company policies, food safety, customer service, and operational procedures. * Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational updates. * Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback.
