We accomplish this through an intense commitment to safety, quality service, excellence, and partnerships. * Assist cook in the preparation of meals and general kitchen and dining area sanitation * Inspect work areas daily to ensure they are kept well organized and clean including store room, refrigerators, freezers, service areas and dining rooms * Clean equipment, refrigerators, counter tops, and other food preparation and storage areas * Wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, remove trash, clean and sanitize tables and service areas * Set up dining room tables * Keep service line supplied with dishes, utensils, and food during services times * Other duties as assigned ## Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED required ## Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
