Eligibility Requirements

One year of similar or related experience, Ability to do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages, Must have the ability to file, post, and mail copy data from one record to interview to obtain basic guide people and provide basic direction

What You'll Do.

efficient and friendly customer service

Assists food service department managers

Reviews daily production list with department employees

Ensures food display case product is rotated

Scans the kitchen area for items

Oversees food quality and presentation

Oversees inventory within all departments

Work with chefs and other personnel to plan menus

Work with chefs for efficient provisioning

Estimate food and beverage costs

Supervise portion control and quantities

Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality

Sets the department standards

Analyzes weekly and monthly sales and trends

Work with other management personnel to plan marketing

Monitors actions of staff and customers

Investigate and resolve complaints

Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment

Select or create successful menu items

Figures retail pricing

Enforce sanitary practices for food handling

Follows all food safety guidelines

Handles and satisfies customer issues

Understands and practices proper sanitation procedures

Adheres to company policies

Reports to work when scheduled and on time

Assumes supervisory duties of food service employees

Assists in other areas of store

Ensures pricing is competitive

Performs other job related duties
