Experience with USDA/CACFP guidelines, Two or more years school kitchen experience, Working knowledge of food allergens, Prior Assistant Teacher experience, Associate's degree in ECE, Two years ECE coursework, Experience with Montessori pedagogy, Experience with children special needs, Fluent in Spanish

Manage food preparation and service
Prepare CACFP-compliant menus
Receive and verify food deliveries
Ensure meals delivered on time
Manage kitchen organization
Manage kitchen documentation
Serve meals in accordance with USDA
Serve meals in accordance with policies
Serve meals in accordance with regulations
Assist staff with inventory checks
Assist staff with laundry
Assist staff with ad hoc duties
Provide classroom supervision
Provide classroom support
Place weekly food orders
Manage routine vendor performance
Ensure meals are compliant
Document menu changes
Track food consumption
Prepare meals for classrooms
Serve utensils to classrooms
