Ability to complete required forms in English, Knowledge of quality assurance principles, Knowledge of food science, Knowledge of meat processing, Knowledge of USDA regulations, Ability to create technical documents, Ability to interpret technical documents, Ability to maintain technical documents, Effective written communication, Effective verbal communication, Experience using monitoring equipment, Experience analyzing data, Proficient in office software, Ability to interpret instructions, Ability to follow instructions

What You'll Do.

Perform routine sanitation checks

Enforce HACCP and USDA regulations

Track products from start to finish

Identify issues and drive corrective actions

Monitor quality in your area

Grade products and document results

Resolve issues with production teams

Investigate root causes of failures

Support quality programs through training

Conduct routine inspections

Act on out-of-spec products

Interpret customer specs

Develop and enforce HACCP programs

Monitor critical control points

Ensure food safety protocols are followed

Ensure USDA regulatory requirements are met

Assist with food safety documentation updates

Perform pre-op sanitation checks

Report food safety issues

Recommend corrective actions

Support plant training on deficiencies
