Must Have
Prior experience in food processing or manufacturing is essential, Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, standing for long periods and lifting heavy loads (lifting up to 25kg boxes daily), attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately, Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively, Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team, Good understanding of English (written & verbal), basic Math’s and can comprehend weighing scales to prepare recipes (covert kilograms to grams, etc. as required), Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, Flexibility to work Monday to Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm, (including occasional weekends and public holidays), Exceptional attendance and punctuality are a must, Food Safety Certificate, Working rights - passport and visa grant for international workers must be provided with application, Forklift Licence – must be willing to obtain within 30 days
