What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Must be at least 18 years old or older, High school diploma or equivalent, Lead and hold others accountable, Communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed, Work independently and as part of a team, Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently, Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes, Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members, Effective communication skills, Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues, Interpret instructions, reports and information, Accurately handle cash register operations as needed, Climb up and down ladders if needed, Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others, Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary, Ability to work in environments that will include refrigeration and freezer temperatures and where common allergens may also be handled or present, Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties, including but not limited to Drive-Ups, carryout, etc., Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shifts (shift length may vary)

Complete Food & Beverage Daily Standards walk

Assess backroom and sales floor areas

Prioritize business needs and identify workload tasks

Establish clear goals and expectations

Validate and follow-up on team members' progress

Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing best practices

Lead team huddles to communicate focuses

Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors

Place store-initiated orders

Remain up-to-date on relevant trends

Support hiring and onboarding process

Support guest services

Become a subject matter expert in adult beverage laws

Uphold and maintain Starbucks and Pizza Hut Brand Standards

Foster a productive partnership with Starbucks district manager

Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct

Lead and demonstrate a safety culture

Model execution of physical security processes

Support merchandise protection strategies

Demonstrate inclusivity

Follow all safe and secure training and processes

Assume store-level leadership on duty responsibilities

Address all store emergency and compliance requirements

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with the store leadership team through communication and collaboration; Leverage check-in and check-outs as daily connection points; Foster a productive partnership with your Starbucks district manager; Attend required in-store planning and business meetings
