What You'll Achieve.
ensuring exceptional service levels; Ensure quantity levels of beverage products and maintain quality standards in production, services facilities, and to member/guest satisfaction; Maintain responsibility for food and beverage sales, expenses, and profit goals as outlined in the food and beverage operating planudget

Troubleshoot and make recommendations regarding performance issues relating to staff, menus, equipment, and point of sale systems; Resolve any member/guest complaints immediately and professionally
Must be able to comply with all applicable federal, state and local safety and health regulations, Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, Requires shifts as necessary based on business levels, Manages employees and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within the department
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent education, Two to three additional years of hospitality management education or equivalent experience, Thorough knowledge of general business administration practices, state liquor and sanitation laws as applied to food and beverage service operational practices and procedures as would be acquired through at least four years of similar experience in progressively responsible positions, Prior supervisory experience required
What You'll Do.
all aspects of ala carte dining operations, hiring, training, and proficiency of service employees, implementation of policies and procedures for the food and beverage department, cleanliness and proper set-up of the dining room, including banquets, beverage product quantity and quality standards, troubleshooting performance issues, resolving member/guest complaints, communicating service issues, implementing and monitoring internal controls, writing of all standard recipes for all beverages, closing and securing the club, answering telephones, leading pre-meal meetings, verifying accuracy of guest checks, operating the Point of Sale system, handling and counting cash, recording credit cards and member charges, ensuring compliance of operating guidelines, serving beverages, implementing and monitoring food and beverage payroll policies, procedures, and controls, maintaining purchase order system, par-stock levels on food and beverage inventories, assisting with the monthly inventory system, authorizing and verifying payroll for the department, monitoring food and beverage sales, expenses, and profit goals, ensuring intoxicated members/guests are not served, adhering to operating guidelines, policies, standards, and constraints, implementing PGA TOUR Golf Course Properties, Inc.

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Acting as a liaison between Club management, service staff and members/guests; Communicating all service issues to Director/Assistant Director – Food & Beverage; Work with service staff and bartenders to develop daily, weekly and monthly cleaning scheduled
