Must Have

Proven experience in food and beverage management, Leadership and people management skills, Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, Demonstrated expertise in budget management, Sound understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene compliance, Proficiency in inventory management, supplier relations, and POS systems, Ability to work decisively under pressure, Knowledge of international hospitality standards

Nice to Have

Multilingual capabilities (desirable, particularly German; Italian), Experience in luxury hospitality, Knowledge of international cuisines, Experience with event management and banqueting operations
