What You'll Do.

Present menus and specials

Present children's menus

Utilize Captain's Pad

bread and butter service

Familiar with beverage service

Serve and clear food and beverage

Carry trays properly and safely

Bussing and reset tables

Move tables and chairs

Clear and reset tables

Serve private dining room needs

Retrieve and stock items

Breakdown buffets and side stations

Complete opening and closing side work

Provide quick assistance

Assist in different hotel areas

Report for duty on time

Offer enjoyable dining experience

Anticipate guest requirements

Ascertain guest satisfaction

Handle guest problems

Anticipate guest service needs

Assist other employees

Respond positively to requests

Develop positive relationships

Partner with and assist others

Report accidents or complaints
