What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be at least 18 years old or older, High school diploma or equivalent, Lead and hold others accountable, Communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed, Work independently and as part of a team, Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently, Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes, Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members, Effective communication skills, Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues., Interpret instructions, reports and information., Accurately handle cash register operations as needed., Climb up and down ladders if needed., Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others., Flexible work schedule (e. g. , nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary, Ability to work in environments that will include refrigeration and freezer temperatures and where common allergens may also be handled or present., Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties, including but not limited to Drive-Ups, carryout, etc., Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shifts (shift length may vary)

Previous retail and/or food experience preferred, but not required, interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business

Understand sales goals and plan workload
Lead guest-focused Food & Beverage team
Complete Food & Beverage Daily Standards walk
Assess backroom and sales floor areas
Establish clear goals and expectations
Partner with store leadership team
Assign daily tasks to TMs
Validate team members' progress
Lead and demonstrate culture of execution
Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors
Place store-initiated orders
Remain up-to-date on trends
Support hiring and onboarding process
Support guest services
Become subject matter expert in adult beverage laws
Uphold Starbucks and Pizza Hut Brand Standards
Foster productive partnership with Starbucks district manager
Demonstrate culture of ethical conduct
Lead and demonstrate safety culture
Model execution of physical security processes
Support merchandise protection strategies
Demonstrate inclusivity
Follow safe and secure training
Assume store-level leadership on duty responsibilities
Address store emergency and compliance requirements
