Must Have
2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage, Facilities Management, or Workplace Services.

What You'll Do.
Oversee daily cafeteria and pantry operations
Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery for meals
Coordinate with kitchen teams
Address operational issues promptly
Act as the primary point of contact for all F&B and related workplace services
Interact regularly with clients
and internal stakeholders

Track vendor performance against defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of food
Escalate and resolve vendor-related issues efficiently
Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI / HACCP)
Conduct regular hygiene
and operational audits
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of cafeteria
Support audit requirements and corrective action closures
Monitor food consumption patterns and minimize wastage
Maintain optimal stock levels for pantry items and F&B consumables
Ensure proper storage
and handling of food materials
Track costs and support cost optimization initiatives
Plan and execute food services for meetings
Coordinate menu planning
and vendor arrangements
Ensure service quality
and presentation during events
Manage last-minute requirements and on-site coordination
Oversee mail room operations including inbound and outbound mail handling
Manage courier operations and ensure adherence to turnaround time (TAT)
Maintain records of stationery inventory and usage
