What You'll Do.
Ensure outstanding customer service
Set up and break down for each shift
Reset tables according to specifications
Remove plates and silverware
Sort individual rubbish items
Sort service ware and prep for dishwasher
Maintain service stations clean and orderly
Prepare all orders accurately
Deliver food orders rapidly and accurately
Communicate clearly with kitchen and wait staff
Perform opening and closing duties
Keep products stocked
Clean and sanitize service stations
Advise Management on product reordering
Maintain host stand clean and orderly
Keep food and beverage displays neat
Provide guests with menus
Refill water stations
Keep guest areas stocked
Optimize seating at tables
Maintain professional and personable appearance
Perform opening and closing side work
Cross-train at multiple stations
Support all functions as needed
Follow safety and sanitation policies
Accountable for accurate time keeping
Complete reasonable tasks assigned
