BAS &above degree with at least 5 years recruitment experience, could independently handle full cycle recruitment, Solid talent sourcing, interview and stakholders management skills, Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sites, Ability to conduct research, including data collection and reporting methodologies, utilizing various analytic tools, Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem-solving, influence, and interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, Proven ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time
Nice to Have
Master's degree combined with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, Hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical sector, leadership and team management skills, Ability to foster a robust internal talent pipeline, Proficiency in developing and implementing tracking tools for program effectiveness, Experience in designing and executing professional and social networking events, focal recruiter experience
