Position – how you'll contribute As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be part of a creative team and contribute to building intuitive and visually compelling digital products. You'll work closely with senior designers, development teams, and stakeholders to turn user needs into consistent and functional visual experiences. * Building and maintaining a component library in Figma (icons, illustrations, UI elements); * Developing wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes; * Participating in user research and user testing sessions to understand customer needs; * Supporting development teams during the implementation phase to ensure design fidelity; * Presenting and validating concepts with stakeholders and end users; * Documenting design specifications in a clear and accessible way for the technical team. ## Qualifications Expectations – the experience you need * Comfortable working in Figma on real or personal projects; * Understanding of core user-centric design principles and a genuine interest in UX/UI; * Familiarity with current design trends for desktop and mobile; * Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset; * Attention to detail and a well-developed aesthetic sensibility.
