**Title:** FMS Program Analyst **Program Summary** KBR’s Missile, Aviation, and Ground Systems (MAGS) division delivers mission engineering solutions for critical U.S. Army programs, specializing in aviation and ground systems, integrated air and missile defense, and threat and target systems. With a global presence and a strong ethical framework, KBR ensures secure, effective, and mission-ready capabilities worldwide. **Job Summary** This FMS Program Analyst will support the PATRIOT program in the Missile Directorate of SAMD. This person will be required to perform the duties of assisting the International Program Managers in the program management duties such as, preparation of case actions in DSAMS, preparation of briefings, preparation of quarterly financial reports, organizing files as pertaining to aircraft, aircraft spares, support equipment, and repair and return. Experience leading and managing projects, gathering requirements, and support a plus. **Roles & Responsibilities** FMS Case Development responsibilities: * Assist in writing, modifying, and amending FMS Cases in DSAMS. * Assist in the drafting of Letters of Request (LOR) for Letter of Offer and Acceptance (DSAMS) Logistics responsibilities: * Coordinate and track all shipments of material to and from country. * Manage and track the Return and Repair process for all program related material. * Manage and track the ordering, prioritization, and shipments of critical/urgent spare part requirements. * Analyze and Plan international transportation initiatives in accordance with US Army policy, AECA, ITAR, etc. * Systems Used: CISIL, WebFLIS, WebROR, SCIP, IGC, EFTS Support responsibilities: * Track and coordinate all actions items and taskers for SAMD and other US entities related to the program. * Working knowledge of Army business processes and regulations regarding F
