What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active Secret clearance required, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field, Eight (8) years additional relevant work experience can substitute for the bachelor's degree, At least five years’ experience, three years of which includes relevant experience in FMS DoD financial management, two of which must be within DoN, Working knowledge of DSAMS, DIFS, Navy ERP, MISIL, SCIP, and CSPT, understanding and experience with FMS case lifecycle, LOA structure, financial execution process to include Obligation and expenditure phasing, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Nice to Have
Current access in Navy ERP with experience in creating funding documents, Familiarity with international customer engagement, Familiarity with Security Cooperation processes, Experience preparing financial reports for senior leadership
What You'll Do.

Track case line-items
Perform financial reconciliation
Prepare financial documentation
Analyze financial documentation
Maintain financial documentation
Monitor financial records
Update financial records
Assist in developing Price and Availability (P&A) data
Assist in developing Letters of Offer and Acceptance
Assist in developing amendments
Assist in developing modifications
Coordinate with program managers
Coordinate with logisticians
Coordinate with contracting officers
Coordinate with international partners
Ensure accurate financial execution
Utilize other DoD financial tools
Track case performance
Provide analytical support for budget formulation
Provide analytical support for forecasting
Provide analytical support for financial planning
Prepare briefings for leadership
Prepare reports for leadership
Prepare decision-ready products for leadership
Ensure compliance with DoD FMR
Ensure compliance with DSCA Security Assistance Management Manual
Ensure compliance with organizational policies
