What You'll Do.
Serve as the primary point of contact for families in their caseload
Support families with administrative tasks related to participant employer obligations and budget management
Work with a diverse team to ensure quality services are delivered in a timely manner
Respond to and resolve issues efficiently
Provide program education and assistance to the Persons Supported
Communicate regularly with all stakeholders
Onboard and enroll new participants
including setup in FMS Software and submission of employee UMPI
Coordinate annual renewals
submitting reassessment referral for existing
Recruit and market program
Manage Service Agreements consist with approved budgets and coordinate revisions with external care
and monitor budget limits and submit timely spending
Coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely
Document and communicate budget
Ensure compliance with DHS and waiver
Track service delivery and documentation within FMS Software

Full Job Description
Accord is seeking a mission-driven Financial Management Services coordinator (FMSC) to serve as the primary point of contact for families in their caseload, supporting them with administrative tasks related to participant employer obligations and budget management. The FMSC will work with a diverse team to ensure quality services are delivered in a timely manner. This is a hybrid role (minimum two days in office per week) located in Midway St. Paul, MN. The FMSC may be expected to travel within the community to meet supported persons. Accord is a nonprofit dedicated to making it possible for people living with disabilities to achieve their personal and career goals.
