Must Have

8 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting system implementation efforts (requirements analysis, process design, validation, testing, or implementation planning), Ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients, written and oral communication skills, An outstanding ability to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines, 4-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or similar, Highly energetic and proactive worker who consistently follows through, moves fast, and keeps stakeholders informed, Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with customer service mindset, Team-first attitude and proven dependability, with organization skills and an eye for the details, Ability to successfully pass a background check and receive a government clearance

Nice to Have

VA or Federal financial management experience preferred, Experience working with CGI’s Momentum Financials, Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience in recruitment)

What You'll Do.

Support external customers with analyzing current business processes

developing business requirements

documenting management processes and corresponding software requirements

Provide Federal Financials subject matter expertise using Momentum Financials

Collaborate with customers to facilitate structured discussions

refine business processes

decompose complex requirements into Epics

and actionable User Stories in a SAFe Agile environment

Conduct reviews of existing requirements

artifacts and repositories and working with external customers to make needed updates

Map requirements to CGI’s Momentum Financials to determine which needs are met through configuration

Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) from elicitation through testing and implementation

Assist in developing the Implementation Plan and Roadmap

identifying dependencies across system interfaces

and federal reporting requirements

Proactively identify and log program risks

Perform Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) for complex requirements and present recommendations to executive leadership
