What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, CS, Engineering, Certification in Agile, Scrum, Product Management, Minimum 5 years in Product and Program management, Minimum 3 years Project or Program management, Proven experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and Agile delivery, Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, Stakeholder engagement and influencing capability, Experience delivering programs within agreed timelines and budgets, Communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, Experience managing competing priorities, Experience working within Facilities Management or large operational service environments, Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery

Exposure to enterprise systems, FM CMMS platforms, ERP, Exposure to D365 CE & FO, Experience working within Operations, Mining, Resources environments, Navigate ambiguity and influence decisions, Experience translating business requirements into solutions, Experience working across Operations, IT, Finance, and vendor environments
What You'll Do.
Define product scopes
Monitor progress and report outcomes
and refine a product roadmap
Own and manage the product roadmap
Assess business value and prioritise features
Write functional requirements and user stories
Facilitate product governance and Steerco committee discussions
Drive delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives
Ensure products align with business strategy
Contribute to deployment planning
Lead and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Work closely with technical and delivery teams
Promote Agile best practices
Build trusted relationships with Operations
Clearly communicate roadmap direction
Influence decision-making across multiple stakeholders
Act as the voice of the business and
Prevent teams from solving the wrong problem
Drive user adoption and operational engagement
Clearly explain why certain features and priorities matter

Through strong stakeholder engagement, governance, and Agile delivery practices, the Product Manager drives decision-making, manages competing priorities, and supports successful adoption of products and solutions across the business. Success in the role requires a balance of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, stakeholder influence, and delivery leadership to ensure the right solutions are delivered, adopted, and continuously improved to meet evolving business needs.
