Must Have

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, CS, Engineering, Certification in Agile, Scrum, Product Management, Minimum 5 years in Product and Program management, Minimum 3 years Project or Program management, Proven experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and Agile delivery, Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, Stakeholder engagement and influencing capability, Experience delivering programs within agreed timelines and budgets, Communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, Experience managing competing priorities, Experience working within Facilities Management or large operational service environments, Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery

Success in the role requires a balance of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, stakeholder influence, and delivery leadership to ensure the right solutions are delivered, adopted, and continuously improved to meet evolving business needs.
