**_Job Family_ :** Finance & Accounting Consulting ** _Travel Required_ :** Up to 10% **_Clearance Required_ :** Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph ** _What You Will Do:_** Guidehouse provides a range of advisory services and support to improve the processes and capabilities surrounding the development, defense, execution, reporting, and process analysis of activities required support the non-budgetary side of IC CFO. In this support, we provide guidance on financial management (FM) activities and systems in order to achieve, improve, and sustain appropriate accountability for all other IC priorities. You will work with a team to support the development and implementation of strategies for improvement of systems and processes related to financial accounting and auditability for IC funds. This role will support cleansing, analysis, and documentation over FM budget execution data via tools such as Tableau and PowerBI. IN this role, you will perform analysis and prepare insights over execution data to help inform recommendations regarding FM and budget issues and what if scenarios. **_What You Will Need:_** * An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph * Bachelors Degree * ONE (1) year+ experience in financial management and data analytics​ ​ ** _What Would Be Nice To Have:_** * Analyzing budgets with PowerBI and/or Tableau ​ * Familiarity of the Federal and IC budget cycle * Ability to work with diverse stakeholders from across the federal government to gain access to needed data sets * Attention to detail, organization, proactiveness, and sense of urgency * Ability to communicate effectively with senior government staff ** _What We Offer_ :** Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
