Quality clinical laboratory testing is evidenced by performing the correct test, on the right person, at the right time, producing accurate test results, with the best outcome, in the most cost-effective manner. **JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform flow cytometry sample accessioning, processing, staining and analysis. * Operate and maintain flow cytometry instruments. * Works closely with the Hematopathologist and the flow cytometry technical coordinator. * Able to analyze and interpret flow cytometry data using specialized software. * Remains competent with flow cytometry principles and techniques. * Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and regulations. * Troubleshoot technical issues related to flow cytometry. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; follows standard policies and procedures independently without assistance. * Maintains confidentiality of all materials handled within the Network * Entity as well as the proper release of information. * Complies with Network and departmental policies regarding issues of employee, patient and environmental safety and follows appropriate reporting requirements. * Demonstrate
