Must Have
5+ years of floral experience as a florist with a focus on executing floral designs, Availability to work up to 24 hours per week including early mornings, evenings, and weekends (3-4 shifts per week), Work during the Vacation Blackout Policy dates, Knowledgeable and able to work with live floral product, Ability to lift up to lift/move 30 lbs. and to climb a ladder up to 8 ft.
Nice to Have
Prior retail experience preferred
