Create floral arrangements

Operate as a lead with floral clerks
Provide customer service
Clean and process flowers
Care for damaged product
Ensure floral products are fresh
Take special requests
Counsel customers regarding plant and floral care
Identify key areas to place specials
Order flowers and supplies
Work with customer issues
Understand floral products
Explain product requirements
Place product in storage
Replenish merchandise
Adhere to company policies
Report to work on time
