Process Teleflora orders
Process Internet Orders
Care for damaged product
Ensure floral products are fresh
Take special requests
Counsel customers on plant care
Identify placement for specials
Order flowers and supplies
Handle customer issues
Handle product problems
Understand floral products
Replenish merchandise
Adhere to company policies
Report to work on time
