This role is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining flooring materials during apartment turnovers and occupied unit work orders while ensuring quality craftsmanship and timely completion. Responsibilities: * Complete flooring installations, repairs, and replacements within designated timelines * Remove existing flooring materials and properly dispose of debris * Prepare subfloors by leveling, patching, and addressing minor surface issues to ensure proper installation * Install carpet, vinyl, LVP, laminate, and tile flooring according to company standards and manufacturer specifications * Install transitions, trim, baseboards, and finishing materials as needed * Inspect completed work to ensure craftsmanship meets quality and safety standards * Measure and estimate materials needed for projects and maintain appropriate inventory levels * Coordinate with team members and vendors to ensure units are ready for installation * Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment * Document completed work and materials used as directed * Participate in ongoing technical and safety training programs * Trav
