Must Have
18 months of experience, High School Diploma or equivalent, Carpet cleaning experience, Trained thoroughly before beginning work
Nice to Have
Experience with stripping/waxing floors
What You'll Do.
Clean and maintain carpet
Inspect areas prior to cleaning
Determine washing method
Vacuum loose dirt/debris
Walk assigned buildings or floors
Report unit maintenance issues
Lift and move furniture
Properly use carpet cleaning equipment
Maintain carpet cleaning equipment daily
Store chemicals in approved area
Assist in maintaining storage closets
Maintain and operate company vehicles
Ensure a safe working environment
Complete duties on time
Be prompt with assignments
Use supplies and equipment efficiently
Perform inventories of supplies
Assist in solving guest complaints
Create strong customer relations
Assist resort guests and owners
Be knowledgeable of the resort
