Location: San Angelo, TX - Onsite Address: 902-903 N Main St, San Angelo, TX 76903 Job Schedule: Full Time Schedule: Monday -Tuesday, Friday - Sunday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM We are seeking a Floor Tech to join our community, committed to maintaining cleanliness and servicing assigned areas, and to the efficient use of soaps, waxes, polishes, and similar supplies. As a Floor Tech, you will play an important role in all phases of housekeeping, meeting or exceeding Buckner's quality, service, and hospitality standards. Join our team and inspire happiness in the lives of others! What you'll do: Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions of assigned areas in accordance with daily work assignments. Coordinate daily housekeeping services with nursing services when performing routine cleaning assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas. Clean/polish furnishings, fixtures, ledges, room heating/cooling units, etc., in residents’ rooms and recreational areas daily. Clean and service all aspects of rooms, baths, offices, and common areas, aiming for a "like new" appearance. Clean floors, including sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc., while ensuring that appropriate caution/safety signs are properly in place. Dust furniture and equipment; clean windows, window sills, mirrors, and light globes in resident rooms, recreational areas, bathrooms, and entry/exit ways. Clean, wash, sanitize, and/or polish bathroom fixtures; ensure that watermarks are removed from fixtures. Scour and polish bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, and similar items; replenish supplies of soap and towels. Keep utility storage rooms in good order by cleaning lockers and equipment, arranging supplies, and vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors as needed.
